Shipping & Delivery


We are proud to offer 100% FREE SHIPPING to everywhere in the contiguous US. And you don’t even need an Amazon Prime membership. This means that what you see is the price you pay: you’re not going to get a $25 shipping fee added half-way through your check-out!

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Mexico, we are happy to ship to you but will need to calculate the cost based on your order. Please email us at feelgood@matchaalternatives.com so we can work it out. There may also be delays with customs which is out of our control, it varies unfortunately! We realise this is not ideal, but this is a consequence of our industry leading Free Shipping policy in the contiguous USA. Free shipping abroad or overseas or our friends in Alaska and Hawaii is just too expensive to include!

If you live anywhere else in the world and desperately want our teas (I mean, who wouldn’t), please email us and we can calculate the shipping and customs fees.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES:

We ship as fast as possible, 95% of orders ship within 2 business days Monday - Friday, unless we are out of stock (not a common occurrence), and then shipping will take 7 to 10 days. We will keep you updated if this happens.

Occasionally if there’s high volume due to a holiday, it will take us an extra couple of days. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday (even with our super antioxidant powers, we still need our weekends).

We ship from Illinois - right in the middle of everything so it’s fast to everywhere! Shipments normally arrive within 3-5 business days.

We ship by the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service (UPS) in the US.  Orders under 1lb normally ship via First Class Mail, orders over 1lb (but less than 7-8lb) go by USPS Priority Mail, and orders over 7-8 lbs are normally sent via UPS.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If you need expedited service, please email us at feelgood@matchaalternatives.com. We will give you a quote on the additional fees, and you don’t have to worry: we respond very fast to our emails!

INCORRECT AND OLD ADDRESSES

If you make a mistake and enter an address that requires a correction, we'll gladly contact UPS or the USPS on your behalf to redirect your order. However, these services charge a $14 fee for intercepting a package already in transit plus a $6 charge for our fulfilment partner, we sadly must pass this $20 address-correction fee on to you. To prevent this, please double check your order before submitting and please remove any addresses that are no longer valid from your account details. This will prevent you from selecting them in error in the future.
